Our role
Elevate Marketing is an independent digital marketing and advertising service provider. Depending on the commercial arrangement, we may manage a Google Ads or other advertising account, provide campaign strategy and optimization, build landing pages, receive campaign data and/or pay advertising platforms for media spend.
Client role
Our client is the business that has engaged Elevate Marketing for marketing or advertising services. A client may itself be an agency, channel partner, reseller, broker or other intermediary.
Underlying brand / developer / provider
An advertisement may promote a project, brand, product or service owned or operated by a third party. Unless expressly stated and properly supported, Elevate Marketing does not claim to be that third party, the project developer, the brand owner or the official website.
Example: Realtor Studio and Omaxe project advertising
For a campaign where Realtor Studio engages Elevate Marketing to market an Omaxe project, the relationship should be understood as follows: Elevate Marketing is the advertising service provider/account manager; Realtor Studio is Elevate Marketing's client and an independent real-estate channel partner/marketing agency; Omaxe is the underlying developer/project brand being marketed by Realtor Studio under Realtor Studio's own business relationship or authorization.
Elevate Marketing does not claim a direct developer relationship with Omaxe unless a separate, valid authorization establishes such a relationship.
Billing and advertiser transparency
Where Elevate Marketing pays the advertising platform, this reflects the media-buying or agency arrangement and does not change ownership of the client's business or the underlying third-party project. Account, billing, advertiser-verification and website information should be completed truthfully and consistently with the actual commercial arrangement.
